You know I wonder that myself... No I haul 4 people pretty regularly and the back seat in those trucks are pitiful for leg room in the back. I'm a big guy and I was sick of scrunching myself so someone could have a little leg room. DEF under the hood was another PIA. Other than that I loved that truck.

before the 6.7

The pre 6.7 for me was a 2001 Ford Explorer xlt with the 6 cyl .Drove it for 6 or 7 years and gave it to my younger brother when I got my f250, they were having car problems . They have had it a year and a half and its still going.

Haha, it was fun to drive. Broke down on me 2x and got tossed under the bus by the dealer every time it need to be fixed. Long story short, stay way from Keeler in Troy NY. But I did spend some time making it look good, and I can't say it wasn't fun.

I've also had minor problems with my truck so nothing perfect, but the dealer has always handled everything, so can't say I'm upset. But I do need a stick shift vehicle, thats the only thing I miss.

See you made the right decision. I do miss it sometimes, so freaking fast those things. Which is the other reason why I think I switched. The only way to drive it was like I stole it.

Here's the JCW, prior to the F250.
