And a ton of de-hacking work to do, will likely need a complete wiring harness. And if the wiring harness has been hacked like that what else has been.

I am looking for Bullnose Crew Dually Diesel, but that's one I would pass on even for 1000 bux.

-Enjoy

^^^ +1; end of the day, it's still a 2WD automatic in need of serious TLC. $1000 is "okay" for that truck.

Banks Turbo, underdrive\overdrive unit, running diesel engine. If any of these were parts I wanted or needed, it might be worth 1k. Depends on what shape the body panels are in. I didn't see any major rust (didn't look to closely either). I'd say for 1 k it is probably worth it as a parts vehicle.

I won't argue that ... Parts are worth what they are to each individual.

From what I see the bottoms of the sheet metal are rusting on the outside, that means it's worse on the inside.

However, if one hacks up the interior and wiring like it appears to be, they have likely hacked other things!
So what shape are those components you do want in ...

I have never said it wasn't worth $1000 to someone, just not me!

I only paid $1500 for Ruthie (94 in sig), basically original, no hacks, no rust at all, no dents, clean interior, 6 new Michelin's ... Yes, it had a fuel issue.
Took me all of 10 minutes to get the truck running and drive away!

-Enjoy

Since it is in Washington state(the land of rust free), seeing rust on it is NOT good sign.

The banks turbo is obsolete and so are parts for it

the interior is COMPLETELY hacked

Not really sure this is a bad deal or not given the price of trucks nowadays. I know I'd like to have it.

You can get a good used 7.3 PSD for that much, or even a restored '77 around here. Never would I buy that.

My 95 7.3 PSD blue books for 9500 in good condition. And its a crew cab and dually as well. I agree, I would never pay that much for this truck. Its nice....but it's not worth that at all. Maybe 7-8 figures.

So you're saying you wouldn't go to DC just to pick up a truck? Whatever floats your boat I guess, more cheap trucks for me.

For someone looking for a GV and turbo kit $1k seems fair since it comes with dually flares, axles, etc.
