shift boots

Does anyone know if the later 99-07 zf shift boot will work on the OBS? They are about $30 cheaper and look identical.

Thanks for the help

Don't know for sure, but I would think it wouldn't be very hard to make it work....especially for $30 less! LOL! Good info!

F81Z7277BB should be the ZF6 Setup. IIRC a guy here did what you are talking about, worked fine, or was modified to do so easily.

Maybe he will chime in and let me know the differences. I know there are several different part numbers for different boots depending on if it is a 5.4 or 6.8 or a 7.3. It is probably the screw hold distances and slight differences in the tower location?
