subtle whine

05 5.4 took truck to dealer for a high pitched whine coming from what sounds like in the tranny, rear pinnion seal, and tranny input leak. Also had trannyfilter replaced. Said they pressure tested the torque converter and checked pump. Said they found a stripped bolt upon installation. Not on removal (uh hum) Seals were fixed. It is most noticed at 30 to 50 especially when I am towing. I know it's not the rear. Sounds like a bearing but not in the front of the engine. Had a very good mechanic friend listen and thought it was the pump or torque converter but the dealer didn't mention they had issue's.Any thoughts would be great. If I could pinpoint the noise I wouldn't need a expert. Thank you expert!
