First of all, welcome to the forum! Second, what have you done to it beside maintenance?

Define "no power", and what year were those 7.3's that you're comparing this one to?

It could be the map sensor, ICP, IPR etc. etc. At 200,000 miles and if they are original miles on the injectors, it might be them. Welcome!

I can go down the highway just fine plenty of power to do that but when accelerating it picks up speed much slower than ones I have drove of the same year...also it doesn't smoke at all even when lugging or towing....I have 3 1/2" exhaust turbo back no cat no muffler

They are the original injectors...do you think having it plugged in would be the best way to find out? Thanks so much for the help

Once its warmed up it doesn't matter if you had it plugged in or not. Maybe just a shot of some injector cleaner would help.

Some say not to do it but on my old mule I've filled the filter with Power Service and ran it.

Make sure the MAP sensor hose is connected to the passenger intake plenum and it is not clogged. You can also unplug the MAP sensor electrical connection and take the truck for a spin, CEL light will come ON but that's OK. If it runs a lot better then the MAP sensor or hose could be defective.

On the old 6.9s, the metering valve in the fuel pump would sometimes gum up, and the engine would die if you let off the throttle quickly. The fix was to remove the filter, drain it, then reinstall it filled with Powerservice Diesel Klean or which ever fuel additive/cleaner of your choice, start it and let it run for a short time , kill it and let it set over night. The next day you would take it for a drive running it like you stole it, and by the time you got back the problem was fixed.

Or to just fill it up with automatic transmission fluid... Same principle, same effect.
