Replace 5.4 f250 engine to 6.2 engine fuel
#2
probably the computer, wiring harness, exhaust, plumbing for cooling system. I'm also not even sure the transmission will match up with the bell housing since the pre '11's had a 5spd and the '11+ have the 6spd.
IMO it's more work/expense than it's worth. If your truck has a dead engine just replace it with a new 5.4(maybe a V10 will be an easier swap)or sell the truck and buy a newer one with the 6.2.
ETA. I'm sure it can be done(anything can be done), but do you really want to invest the time into the research and fabrication to do it?
