In my small brain I'd think it would have to help some. Plus feeding this cooler I have it will be easier hooking up the line's. I have the 1 with 25 or 26 rows from a 6.0 truck. Pulled it and a smaller one in the scrap yard 1 day.

Larger lines will ha e less flow resistance, so they will flow more, even if there is a smaller fitting at the trans. Will it be enough to make a difference? I don't know.
