It is an updated fuel pressure regulator spring. The stock spring gets fatigued and does not hold the fuel pressure as high as it should be. Min 45 psi at wot.

Both at the same time. Always in pairs.

Thanks for the kind words everyone

I do take pride in my Truck (do everything myself) & it's babied for sure

FWIW....I have NO tire rubbing issues whatsoever w/this setup

How many inches did it take to level? What springs and shocks did you go with? I was looking at these Rancho 2.5" springs Rancho Part RS80116B - 2.5 Inch Lift Front Coil Spring - 4 Wheel Parts
Right now, my F350 CCLB sits about 4" higher in the rear. Was it the same for you? I'm most concerned about how far out of alignment the castor will be, as well as finding a track bar bracket.

Not sure on what shocks it has right now. I will know in a few weeks
after they have been replaced. Springs are all stock with a 2.5"
leveling puck on the front.

The leveling kit and shocks were on it when I got it
along with the current set of tires.

Thanks, how is the ride quality? I'm guessing longer springs might ride better than the pucks?

Not really sure on ride quality. I do need to do shocks. I get a bit
of a hop and bounce on speed bumps. They seem to not settle out
as fast as new shocks would/should. I get a bit of an oscillation that
trails off. At one time I was moving some dirt home for a garden patch
and the ride was very smooth. 2 yards of soil (sandy loam) and I was
no where near the overloads. So really I will have a better idea after a
new set all the way around.

I'm thinking the longer springs would probably be stiffer. The pucks give you the same stock ride quality.
