Ford dealer can recalibrate that in about two minutes. My local dealer didn't even charge anything.
With my stock 32" tires the speedo was reading about 2-3mph fast at 60mph. I have heard that they are normally a little fast so that you think you are getting a little better mpg than you are but who knows. After installing 35" rubber the speedo was about 2-3mph slow at 60mph. Took it the dealer and they set it to the largest tire size that was available in my settings which was a 34" tire. My 35" rubber measures 34.8 but with there normal overspeed like I had with the stock tires it turned out be be dead on compaired to GPS.

Just jumping in to say ...Beautiful truck Dom!
Great thread also.
I'm eyeballing a 2009 twin to yours with a V10 , so I'm researching mpg's on the two motors.
I miss my 7.3 ... 21 mpg hwy ... but at 180k it needed a metric shipton of work that I couldn't justify at the time.
