Up front I'm running a stock strait axle with 8 leaf springs (stock, I believe). The rear has 10 leaf springs (stock, I believe) with 9" rear end.

I just replaced my front shocks and springs. I'm running Monroe 31000 Monro-Matic shocks on a stock suspension. I still need to replace the rear shocks.

I went with Gabriel 77405 MAX CONTROL on the fronts, really seem to help with porpoising.

I used a Chevy 10-bolt under my 49 F1 with 53-55 Ford F100 rear shocks.
