you would be better off to replace the CDR with one that works. it does the same job as a PCV on a gasser, keeping crankcase pressure down, which minimizes leaks and everything else.
however, if you insist on getting rid of it, you basically need to plug its hole on the intake manifold, and put a pipe from where it connects in the valley down toward the road.
