so it's raining enough to make me consider building an ark right quick. let the truck run for 15 minutes warming up with the wipers off, no miss. drove to work on the first click on the wipers, no miss. left work for lunch with the wipers on 3rd click and BOOM, sho nuff it died at the stop light just down from the shop. turned wipers off and drove to lunch and back with a stop at the fuel station with not a single miss. only turned the wipers on to the first click long enough to clear the windshield when it needed it. she's sittin in the shop right now waiting till the end of the day when I can swap back to the ford sensor. she does look good sittin next to a 2.5 million dollar Cessna caravan though haha

Clean and tighten those under-hood ground points. Use an anti-oxident compound on them when re-assembling. Wire brush and / or sandpaper will be your friend.
Wiper motor electrical "hash" has been known to interfere with the CPS signal to the ECM.
Surely the spares locker to that Caravan has a noise filter somewhere.
So does Rat Shack! :-))
