New F350 regular cab

Has two hundred miles on it so far. I ordered it with every option that was available with the single cab. There isn't a lot, for some reason options are really limited without it being a crew cab. I love the look of the single cab and have never cared for the four door look. They are handy though. I added a three inch lift and 35 inch pro comp tires. I ordered it with the 4.30 gears and locker rear end, LED screen in the gauges, electric seats, backup camera. Like I said every option they had for the single cab. So far I just love it. I'm going to put in adjustable front control arms as I don't like the look of how it has to hang down to keep the caster in check.

Nice truck!, I have an 2007 F250 just like it red and all. I love it for plowing and other work related stuff but rides somewhat harder than my F350 SBCC. I see you're in snow country.....get that thing Fluid Filmed! and put some tube steps/running boards on it and you won't notice things under the cab hanging down so much. Happy motoring!

Absolutely beautiful. While an extended cab is useful, it just isn't to my liking. I love a regular cab, and it is refreshing to see a new one! Congratulations.

Beautiful rig. Red is the fastest color - to get dirty!. But when they're clean they look gorgeous. Nice job with the lift and wheels. Very sharp.

Amazing even with the lift etc, that 35" tires look "small" on the truck. I'm partial to that red as well (2014 F350 CC here, same color), and those rims look outstanding.

Nice looking truck. I thought about doing the same thing, fully optioned reg cab but I couldn't get the family to agree and ended up with 4 doors. Enjoy it.

Good lucking truck. I normally don't like Reg cabs but you have successfully pulled it off.

nice truck. The combo of the lift/tires/color= perfection. Now get some mudflaps and steps on there to protect the paint.

Also, did you have any clearance issues with the front driveshaft and the exhaust after installing the 3" lift?

What are the specs on the lift, tires, and wheels? Is it a 3" leveling kit or a full lift kit and what size rims are those?

Appreciate all the nice comments, the lift is a three inch lift. It’s not a leveling Kit, the truck came with a cool rake to it and I like that look a lot and didn't want to lose it so when I called to order the lift I was very adamant that I wanted the back lifted as well. I had the dealership I purchased the truck from put in the lift.

The rims are pro comp 6631 18X9’s the tires are pro comp 35’s extreme AT’s. I wanted to order Mickey Thompson ATX but they said they were back ordered quite a while. I ordered the tires and rims from 4 Wheel Parts and I know they push the Pro Comp line and later I had a feeling had I said I was going to look elsewhere for the Mickey Thompsons a set would likely have shown up but I didn’t think of it at the time. No big deal as it turns out the Pro Comps ride very nice and smooth with no shake.

Someone asked if the lift hits the exhaust. Its close but the driveshaft is just off to the side enough that it would take a huge amount of droop I think before it would ever make contact. I go under every once in a while and check if its made contact. I’d know because the pipe right where it would make contact with the driveshaft is nice and smooth so I would see a scuff if it made contact.

A friend just got a new F250 at the same time I got mine and I was very surprised how much taller the F350 is. I almost ordered a 5 inch lift and I’m so glad I didn’t as it would have cleared the 35’s for sure with no lift.

Someone commented that the 35’s look small and they do in the picture and I always think when people say they have 35’s their stretching the truth and have 33 or 31’s but they really are 35’s. I used to have a Chevy with 7 inches of lift and 38 inch tires and this truck is higher with 3 inches and 35’s. Love it so for!! Again, thanks for all the nice comments.

I know the F350 F250 comparisons can get quite heated so if its a fluke that mine is taller than my friends f250 than so be it. I meant nothing by the comment.

Dave
