It's a 4R70 (?)trans and I used the 1978 205 transfer case. It still has the 9" rear end.

Been a few days since I poked my nose in here, been busy...was able to get a solid two weeks at home, just was never able to catch up on the everyday chores that had piled up. Made it back out here last Monday, been "bowed up" since I got back out here too.....makes time go by though!

Prayers to the folks in Marion & Jones counties, anytime is a bad time for storms, but right here before Christmas. Here I am whining about being offshore, when a lot of those folks lost their home and a few lost loved ones. Thankfully my Mom lives in Morgantown, just north of Columbia and had no issues.

 

That's the bad thing about nice weather in the south during winter time. It usually means tornadoes are just behind.

Prayers for those folk indeed.

My son was in Jones County yesterday during the storm. His friends wife died in Columbia. She was around 27 and had a 18 month old child. Folks worry to much sometimes. Take time to laugh - love - hug. If we look for the good instead of the bad , we can find it. Never look back. If you do , you can't see where your going. Thanks for putting up with me.
