I had the same "no oil pressure" issue shortly after installing the BPD Oil cooler. It would happen one day and not for another two weeks.. I was driving 70MPH on the hi way when it came on once.. I replaced the OPS (Oil Pressure Switch) and problem has been gone for 2 years, the sensors seem to "leak" mine had a coating of oil on it indicating they need replacement.

The oil pressure gauge won't move UNTIL you start the engine and it seems to take a couple seconds for mine to move.
