Windshield wiper issue

My windshield wipers on my 97 f150 go very slow. Not sure if it's bad motors or what but I find it weird for them both to go at the same time. Is there a relay that could be causing this? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

BOTH!......they are powered from the same linkage and motor.
They have to or they would run into each other at some point.
Is the speed able to be varied?
If yes is the different speeds also slow?
If yes the motor may need to be replaced for a dry bearing.
Good luck.

I don't know why I thought it had separate motors. The other speeds are all slow as well. I'm gonna try a new motor and see what happens. Thanks
