Ok guys. For the last month on my 2004 F150.Screw I've had my and light randomly turn on. Everything was pointing to my ABS module going bad. Randomly my ebrake light would come on, but would always turn off when reset. I inspected the module plug and noticed corrosion and noticed one of the blades fixing to break. Before I removed it (still plugged in) I had an issue where all my gauged quit going down the road. My message center still worked though. I got home, unplugged and removed the ABS module to send off to be repaired. The next day I leave for work and after I get up to 10 mph I went into failsafe mode. I limped to worked and hooked it up to our scanner. The only DTC that is showing up is P2106. No other DTCs. I did a KOEO test and everything came back normal. I did replace the TPS, and with key on, I'm showing 100% throttle on the tps. With the engine running I'm still showing WOT when I'm idling before moving the truck. As soon as I starting moving at 10 mph I go straight into limp mode.

The last time I had ABS module issues, I disconnected it and it drove just fine, so I wouldn't think that it being removed for the time being would send it into limp mode.

I replaced the throttle body a year and a half ago. Everything on the data stream while at idle shows everything normal. Even when in failsafe it's showing the vss working but the TPS will only show PT. I know this is because of the limp mode. What else could be causing my issue? I'm about to pull what hair I have left remaining out. My fuel mileage has gone to crap, my tranny is shifting weird, and everything else is acting up while in limp mode. Any help would be appreciated!!,

 

My 2005 F250 5.4L V3 has rough idle, only rev. to 3100 RPM and shows only P2106. I am begin to clean up the throttle body and see what happens. No engine check light on yet though. I can't drive this thing since it doesn't have enough power to up to safe speed. Any idea?
