could be a broken wire in one of the connectors or in that wire for that side ? starting at the rear with a test light go back and probe the wire every couple of feet until you get to the beginning
with problems like these a test light can be your best friend because its fast and absolute .

Try using your meter to check one wire at a time coming from the turn signal switch with the right turn signal turned on.

At my age my crystal ball is getting a little foggy.. The wires are all color coded but sometimes the exposed ones fade or don't appear as they were when new. I would suggest peeling back some of the tape and see what the colors look like further back to start with. Some of them have two colors like a thin white/ black/ red line that I have a hard time seeing at times.

Took me a while to get to it, but went through the wires yesterday--found that the right rear turn and brake light switch wires were switched up. In my defense, the colors on the replacement turn signal switch did not match the factory codes. (Sheesh!)
All is well now--thanks for your help.
