Help with horsepower

Hey guys, I'm don't really know too much about engines but in my town horsepower is everything and my truck is really slow. I have a 2007 4.6L triton v8 any suggestions?

How much power are you looking to make and what kind of budget do you have to work with?

With those numbers, to the wheels, you'll be needing some sort of power adder; blower, turbo and/or nitrous.

Also you'll want to do some driveline upgrades otherwise that kind of power will only be good for a smoke show; look into some traction bars, drag radials and a locker for the rear end.
