whatever the case, i had this problem on my old truck and cured it with an oil change :-) new oil wont thin out as much when warm, so if you're nearing or past 3000 miles, give it a change and it may get you by a while longer.
and for what its worth, i was using Shell conventional 15W-40 and switched to Mobil Delvac (15w-40) at the time and never had the problem again. the mobil is definitely thicker out of the bottle (or 5-gallon pail) ;-)
Ipr oring will dump to pan. Injector could go to the fuel which should turn your filter black. Idk if it can go right to the cylinder or not. Maybe through the internals of the injector
would a bad oring on an injector cause the same thing?

One or two bad injector o-rings would not keep it from starting. If the IPR o-rings are bad, it won't let it build enough pressure to tell the PCM to fire the injectors. A couple bad injector o-rings would just make it run rough, and most of the time it will put oil back in to the fuel bowl.
