give us the vehicle identification number, and we will be able to tell you what engine the van came from the factory with.
there is no guarantee that is what is in it now though.
my bet is a 170 cubic inch six cylinder. that would be a 2.8 liter for you gents across the pond.

Probably a 170 cui. engine.
Go here and enter the numbers found on the door data plate.

If the door plate is missing, the VIN number should be stamped into the small cross brace behind the right tail light. You might have to remove the spare tire to see it. Hopefully the VIN stamped on the van is the same one on your title.
The fourth digit in the VIN is the engine size. For 1964, S is 144cui, and T is 170cui.
