Does the Scan gauge allow you to see your individual injector contributions? My engine lopes and smokes a lil' and clacks like crazy when it's 20 deg or so. I'm running Rotella T-6.

Sounds like a little bit of stiction, try some archoil and see if it gets better. You can also polish your spool valves and get that cold clatter/miss out of it instead of replacing injectors.
If Solus is anything like Modis it's pretty much useless for a real contribution test. Even AE provides better feedback.
Guarantee it isn't anything like Ford IDS.

Josh I don't know if the boys at snappy got it working right yet or not.
There was some chat about it but I think the best way to read that
is with the Ford IDS or the clone.

That's what I observed with Modis. An uneven firing at idle showed a flat line for contribution.

Ford must have some type of copyright deal on the
algorithm. The reason I say that is I don't think it would
take a lot to reverse engineer the one that the IDS uses.
So it stands to reason that they have to adapt and change
it so they don't get into hot water over the copyright. The
luck of far has been dismal to be blunt.
I vaguely remember Cheezit making a comment in a thread somewhere (years ago) that AE-Ford would do almost everything IDS can do except for some odd test. I know I've been able to diagnose cracked injectors on my 6.0L and recalibrate a speedometer on a 7.3L power truck. I haven't tried the FOB/chipped key set-up that AE-Ford supports...yet.
