Which probe to buy?
I found a banks dyna act egt gauge (no Probe). I know everyone says "K" Type but which on? Any of these?

Any K-type should work; they're all the same. Just make sure it's got the right type of physical mounting for your setup.
Gauge wise, I recommend Digital EGT Thermometer Pyrometer w Probe | eBay
It's an Auber 1813. Nice and responsive, accurate; it's got an adjustable high-temp alert light(and relay) so you could setup a buzzer or something if you wanted, and it's bright and easy to read.
