Wanting good aftermarket halo or LED lights

Does anyone know of a good quality halo style aftermarket headlight assembly for my '07 FX4. I want it to look more modern and the stock lights look boring. Even a bright LED accented light housing. I've seen a couple cheaper ones that don't light the halo very well. Just want it to look bad ***.

I'd like to know also? Doesn't anyone have an opinion? I see some on Ebay, but who knows if they are junk or not,

You'll need a proper retrofit to really accomplish what you're looking for. There are some companies out there doing them, mostly for the 09+ crowd, but a few are throwing the 04-08s in there as well. I would Google some retrofitters and start making phone calls. A proper set should run you $600-$1200 depending on how much custom work like paint you throw at them.

Wow, those are expensive

So, none of the aftermarket headlights that you see on Ebay or Amazon are any good?

pull the headlights apart and paint the surrounds black, it will make it look alot better. did it on my wife's old '04 expedition and planning on doing it to my new-to-me '07.

The old saying "you get what you pay for" strictly applies here. I've been burned before buying crap off Ebay that leaked within a week. Returned 'em and bought OEM Harley Heads for my '06. Left them on the truck when I traded.

Recently had the OEM HIDs on my '13 retrofitted to the tune of $1600+...and it's worth every penny.

i'd tend to agree. i had some ebay clear corners on my first super duty that actually lasted 3 years before one leaked badly, but they were a pretty basic design compared to a clear lens headlight assembly.

my plan for the new truck is to do the "harley mod" on the OE headlights like i mentioned, then put a 24" LED bar in the bumper opening wired to the high beams.
