I was unable to find the charcoal buried in the box van but met with Dylan and got him the parts.

Just throw it out there that Aug 11th is my wedding anniversary and I doubt the wife would want to spend the entire weekend in the truck. haha

 

Your wife would probably not be happy with you..

I can bring a bag of charcoal, we probably still have one from our old grill, or I can buy one. Seeing as it'll probably only be us 2, a small bag should be just fine.

 

looks like there might be a third. well if its just us two I can cook in the house. on the my stove top grill too. Ive got a cpl things planned that wont require the grill so

One day till the
Spokane area meet at my home. I cooked enough for an army. just need to see in the cookie dough is ready. Who doesn't like home made Scratch made cookies.

Well even though only GruesomeJeans came today, We had a blast. started with just some bsing about trucks then we Hit the Junk near by and made a few great scores. Now we are settling down with a beer and food. There Will be another meet in August.

 

I might be able to swing by in August, but since we had weather on our side today, I got the studded tires off of Lumpy (91 F250), Dexter (86 Honda CRX), and Winthorp (97 Cadillac Deville). Also got my 'traction burrito' out of Lumpy (about 600 lbs of rock wrapped in a tarp like a burrito, and strapped in the back of the bed)..........then washed Lumpy, Winthorp, and my work car for good measure.......took a shower, and now I'm beat. May still go grocery shopping tonight, but having a hard time getting the motivation to do so.


I still have yet to put fluids into Buford, and get him fired up this year, but that should be coming soon too. Need to do a LOT of cleaning on him as well, as the show season will be upon us soon enough.


Anyway, I'm glad you two had a good time today....

 

I think I will be able to make it next August, while on my way to Truckstock in Tennessee next September. If I haven't gotten that 390 to you by then, I will definitely bring it by in August.

 

We had a pretty good time. Got a few nice parts out of that yard.
