Ok so I havent gotten much feedback. I reall would like to set a date. What would y'all like for a date?

 

Generally I like to go for a ride in my truck, maybe to a nice secluded picnic spot. Eat lunch, play frisbee, count clouds, maybe take pictures and then, well, ...
But maybe that is not what you meant.

 

I really want to make this happen so I'm going to say let's plan for March around the first weekend. How's that sound for everyone else. I'm dead broke now thanks to a few new parts.

 

So the 7th or 8th of march, any idea where it would be held?

 

My thoughts are the Chinese Buffett on rt 2. I'll have to get the address. The parking lots plenty big for us to part on one area. The foods good while prices are decent and if we change our minds we can roll out together and convoy to where ever.

Hmm, 4.5 hour drive from here. I wonder if I could take that weekend off.

 

So if I did make it, it would be a situation where I camped out in the truck or something. I don't know that a 4.5 hour drive there to eat dinner then drive back would be practical.

 

Well, maybe if eating dinner wasn't all we did at a meeting, it would be practical.

Perhaps we should sell some merch and use the proceeds to get door prizes.

 

Door prizes? Is there a show or something? Hehe.

 

The door prizes are an incentive . The merch would be t-shirts hats stickers and such to attract more people and also to decorate our trucks.

 

Could be an interesting idea if we held a big BBQ or campout. Plus whoever made up the t-shirts and stuff would need a bit of time to do a design and get it approved.

 

I have plenty of room on my property for people to camp out. it wouldn't be much to run down and knock down the grass. and I have a spare bathroom and shower. I can pick up food do some cooking. I have a small grill for BBQ. I'm in the country as well

We could hold a small swap meet as well. maybe plan a trip to the pnp and everyone pull stuff together?
