Working on a 2004 explorer, need to access the windshield washer pump relay which is on the top side of the fuse box that is under the kick panel inside the cab of the vehicle.

Can't figure out how to gain access to the relays on the top side of that fuse box though, removed some dash panels and tried pulling the box out but don't want to risk breaking something.

Can someone explain how to drop it down so I can reach the relays on the top?
