This is assuming the numbers are on the crank, and not the indicator. Anyway the crank turns clockwise and it needs to fire before top dead center(TDC).

Hmm that may be one of my solutions considering I have it on 10 Degrees ATDC when the bug points to one. Also I checked my spark plugs and they seem to have to much of a gap so I'm gonna gap them correctly. Should I go by my engines gapping in the Haynes Manual for my 351w or should I gap them for the Gt40p heads gap size, If its any different that is. (Checked the gapping of the plugs there .053)
