Your poor truck. She was a trooper, if you take it this year your 285s will fare much better than the 215s.

 

Red devil you sat right by the obs guys at the pulls. I could here Alex in the back ground. Cool videos man. Sadly no good videos of me on the track haha. Sure was funny learning though.

 

You looked good to me Gabe. I'm to afraid of screwing something up. I really shouldn't be though, I just did two WOT runs today pulling the 5er and trying to record with the AE to send to the tuner for a reburn. After about a minute of recording, when I got home I had 5 seconds of recording.

 

I'd like to know how you kept the smoke down on the track. In economy I can lay down more black and daily driver people's headlights go dark lol. I need to remember to call the tuner on Monday. The more I drive it the less I like the way the tunes are setup. Too much smoke in all the settings. I put it in performance the other day and the smoke was crazy. Also I noticed the truck ran quieter under load. I was talking to clay and he said something doesn't seem right.

 

I sure wish I could get live tuning!

Glenn I had a baby anchor. Lol. My truck was running well, but then it almost always does!

Gabe I think I can hear Alex all the way up north ! LMAO!

 

Tunes with no limiter and no **** given... the only time it really sees 4000+ is when I'm doing a 3rd gear launch or free revving it in neutral. My power band drops off around 3600, so when I'm racing I shift it at 3500.

Should be another fun year at this event! Nothing definite yet, but Im actually planning to host a pancake breakfast for the whole gathering this year, the morning of the day we go to the drag strip. Havnt talked to Barry about it or anything yet, but Ive got it in the works in my head. Hopefully its a nice way to get the ball rolling that day.
