1968 parts truck
Hi Guys. I just picked up a 69 f250 camper special parts truck with power steering and disk brakes. My plan is to swap out the steering, master cyl. (spindles from a 74 f100) and 2 speed wiper motor with my 65 f 100. Are there any other parts I should consider swapping also that are better? Thanks again!

Your post seems to indicate your intent is to put F-250 disc brakes on '74 F-100 spindles? Unless I am missing something, that won't work.
If you have the '74 spindles, you already have the hardest part to obtain. About the only other parts you will need will be the power booster and brackets (if you intend to go power brakes) and the differential valve. You can use those from the F-250 (although you may need to go with an F-100 master cylinder because the F-250 one will likely have a larger bore and possibly a stepped bore??). Everything else is available as new or remanufactured.
If you have room for storage, I would suggest you also harvest the following parts:
Chrome retainer rings for the headlights (the spot welds can break)
Front bumper
Wiper - be sure to get the switch, motor, delay module (if it has it) and the entire wiring harness between the three and you shouldn't need to cut any wires.
Squirts reservoir and motor

You need everything from the spindles to the power steering box. The disc steering arm is thicker than the drum steering arm so the tie rod taper will be to short.
The pitman is also different.
You didn't mention which engine and transmission you have in the 65. For the PS you must also swap the steering column. If your 65 has a 352, you will also have to swap out the left engine perch.
Many posters lead one to believe that its a simple task, but its much more involved than one guy with a couple cold ones on a sunny afternoon. That's why its best to have a whole donor tuck with the same engine and tranny as your truck.
