Red face Manifold Tq. Spec. and Turn Signal Woes

I've got two problems currently on my 2000 6.8L 150k mile excursion.

Issue #1:
During my spark plug change yesterday I noticed moisture was getting into a few of the passenger side spark plug banks. On the last bank there was actual liquid on the plug when I pulled it. I took a wiff and its coolant, so knowing that I assumed that it may be as simple as just needing to re-torque the manifold. Does anyone know the torque specs for those little bolts?

Issue #2:
Intermittent issue with left and right turn signals. Click the indicator either way and the lights come on but they are solid and don't blink. Some kind of resistor or relay maybe???

Thanks for your guys' help. This forum has been invaluable to aid my ignorance.

Are you trying to torque the intake manifold bolts?

Here is write up on the 5.4. My guess is they should be fairly similar.

That coolant doesn't come from there and might not even be coolant. Torquing won't do anything.

Thanks guys ill get the relay on order. Any other ideas about were that coolant could be coming from. Its from the cylinder closest to the firewall on the passenger side. Im pretty sure its coolant getting in past the ignition coil boot, its definitely isnt oil and sure smells alot like coolant. The engine bay hasnt been pressure washed in 30k miles or more so its not from that.

There was a thread on this. Get new boots and seal the tops with heavy grease. I pressure wash mine all the time.
