Well it's here and installed... I'm not sure why I always get so nervous, but everytime I do anything to my truck I always get nervous.

Nevertheless, installed and fired it up! Cycled through yhe few tunes and the truck responded so it's working. I'm off for a test drive now...

I'm hoping for the grin! I'll report back.

Did you hook up your EGT gauge again? Don't be too worried if/when you set a check engine light in the 100 hp tune

Rich, yep I have the EGT gauge mounted and working....

I'm back from my test drive with the new chip. The truck really wants to GO! When you press the skinny, it will jump off the line. The transmission shifts beautifully! Just keep your foot on the skinny pedal and it'll keep going! I've never been so fast in such a short time with the 7500lb excursion.

I'm embarrassed to say, but I didn't even use the 100hp tune. Too scared, gotta try it tomorrow.

Slacker... get back out there and hit the 100hp! Don't come home till you do! J/k

Wish my wife would tell me that...

I want a tuner for my 6.0 f250. Pretty much stock. Scared to blow the HG.

Yea I've worked hard to have the best "stock" truck possible. When I talked with Jody, I stressed the desire of my goal and the fact I don't want to push the truck beyond a stock tune. Therefore I didn't go for the 140hp race tune.

That just sounded like money leaving my bank for more yellow tape boxes.

I'm excited to see if there are any mpg benefits with the chip...

I need a tuner that will keep the egr light off. I was looking at the stc livewire.
and all this tuner talk is foreign to me.

Just three to start, drive-thru, 80e, and 100hp. Just played with 80e tonight. I will have a hard time keeping my foot out of the floor board.
