knock and loud squeak

I have a 1995 f250 174k 4x4. Just started this Saturday. A loud knock and squeak. The exhaust smokes it looks like I'm spraying for bugs. The exhaust is shooting water out the exhaust and it smells like gas. What is the problem

Have you checked your oil and antifreeze for water or oil contamination? Have you checked for codes?
