First, gear lower than that. 4.88 at a min. Look at 6 inch Superduty lift.

^^ This^^
4.88s will give you an effective ratio of 4.15 with the new 37"s, that is a nice ratio match for a V-10, the extra revs won't cost you much and it will be a bit more peppy to drive.
The 6" SD lift will be easier to find than an EX specific 8" and they will get you to the same height.

Sweet thanks man. Would i need to do any drive shaft work or extended break lines. I am already thinking of doing the stainless lines. Just dont know if i need longer ones

It's inexpensive....but rides like it, my ProComp isn't much better. Icon/BDS is nice, but $$. You need $2000 for a good kit.

Going with an 8" lift is definitely require extending brake lines and such, but most kits will either include them or list part(s) /numbers that are required. Going that big of a lift I would only recommend a lift that is all leafs, don't go with one that uses blocks out back.

I am running a ICON 7" lift, flexes great even with front sway bar, and running 37's
