Australian crossflow head bolt on?

will an Australian falcon head bolt onto the 300ci? i searched the interwebs there and couldn't find if it is a 'bolt on' modification or if there was a lot of fabrication work or what-not that had to be done. If it is a bolt on, what years/displacement should i be looking for? its for a 1996 4.9 i6.
thank you

My understanding is that the Aussie heads are for the small sixes not the 240/300's. If I'm wrong someone will show up to correct this.

The Aussie head WILL NOT fit a 300 - it is about 3 inches shorter. It will fit an American 250 block with some modifications to the block deck.
