Highest mileage 6.4?

I've got 160k on my 08 f450. Just don't see many postings of how long these engines make it.

Just turned 112k on my 2008 F350. Not quite as much as yours but no problems other than a bad radiator.

2008. Got it with 334k and I replaced cam and lifters. What was done previously? No idea.

On edit: Please note it's kilometers. Not trying to fool anyone! It's about 210k miles.

Really depends on the truck and it's lifestyle.
I've seen more high mileage 6.4's that work hard, the grocery getters seem to have more early problems.

474000 km (296000 miles). 08 F350 I bought 3 years ago with 402000 km. Full delete at 412000. Only have had to do the odd seal and electrical component. Running strong with 8200 engine hrs. Uses a little oil but I would say it's allowed to

These things are so expensive and time consuming to work on, if I had to pull an engine with 3000 + hours on it for something, a complete rebuild would go back in.

I have a 2010 with 226,554 on it.
But it has had both turbos and the high pressure fuel pump replaced

Is it stock or tuned and deleted?
