Have you tried Rock Auto, Advance auto, NAPA, Auto Zone, or the dealership?

X1. My 2011 rattled and surgical tubing in the weatherstrip worked great.

Yep, it's probably not your strike pins. As the weatherstrip wears it no longer has the ability to maintain tension on the door. The popular solution for that is to use latex tubing to stiffen your existing door seals.

Is there trick for a sagging door? I have approx a 1/2" sag that requires a near slam to get it to lift and latch properly. I was going to shim the bottom latch a bit but thought I would check here first...

Saging door would be hinge and or hinge pins. usually better to replace the whole hinge unless they have the pin sleeves and i would do both hinges cause chanes are if they are wore that much then both are shot.

Oversize pins may be available.
