SSSimon, the main problem is the ABS module on the passengers side , the light wires run very close to it if you choke them first you maybe ok.
I had no problems with the first HID's i had fitted , it could be a combination of CPS and the HID'd, who knows.
msminer, if you read through my thread you will see where I've fitted all the ferrite chokes and it has fixed the stalling problem.

HID's are as good as the day i fitted them, i've had no problems with the light assemblies themselves.
In the early days i did have some interference problems, but fixed that a long time ago.
I use 5K in the projector and 6K in the high beam , this works fine for me.
No one has flashed their highs at me so I'm thinking there okay, even when i tow i don't have any problems i just pump the rear air bags up some to bring the truck level.
