A 20" bar will fit in the are across where are stock fog lights are mounted if you remove the stock fogs and mount only the 20" bar. You can get a combo bar, that has the outer few LED's as flood and the center ones as spot. Usually ends up being cheaper than buying 3 separate lights.
Recessed kinda like this. This is on the 2011 Expy.
You should be able to put a 30" single bar in there no problem.

Make sure you are seated when you see the price, but Baja Designs offers them in 30-60" bars.

Now I'm wondering where all these 'bro trucks' are getting their money for the four - five light bars they have all over their trucks.

Do the same for lights, I smell a business opportunity.
