Engine gets warm fan turns on, fan cools down engine and fan turns off.

When you run the AC more heat heat is generated in the front of the engine compartment so the fan turns on more often.

Depending on how heavy you are towing and the speeds you are traveling combined with the outside air temp and the condition of your cooling system and engine your fan may never engage or may engage a lot.

The fan turns on for one second and off over and over. Shouldn't it stay on longer?

Now I know its the fan and that it should run longer. anyone know how to fix it? what to check? what would be wrong to make it do this?
