Sorry Doc, neither answer is correct. I thought it was Ross that mentioned the loose ( I knew I spelled it wrong-good thing I taught math and SS) rod. Was it you who mentioned it?

I see your boy from Harlan, KY just blew away the competition on The Voice. I vote for him to take first place!

Ross is the one who mentioned it. I was standing beside him. My only other guess would be basic electrical wire. It's just very hard to see what's going on in your picture.
Wow. I didn't watch it. I'll have to check it out. Bloody Harlan is a pretty crazy place nowadays. But there have been some good singers come out of this place over the years.

Chelle and I pulled in around 6:30 tonight. We took a long way around to avoid Chicago rush our traffic so it took a little longer and a few more miles to do so but it was well worth not playing dodge cars or parking for hours on the freeway in Chicago with a 40'+ long truck and trailer. We stopped at a couple of places to eat on the way. Everything went great and we had no problems.
On more thing I wanted to share with the FTE board is this great picture display Dave, DRSmith, made for me that incorporated my two automotive interests. When we got to the campgrounds Friday night Dave told me he hade something for me in his truck and this is what I found. What I find interesting is Dave remembered my '37 Buick project. Thanks again Dave it will be hanging in my office in the "new" house. The light is the rear license light from a late '30s Buick.

Just got home. No problems whatsoever with the truck, other than the DS door glass cracking (from slamming the door).
For the flathead guys: Total mileage 3,258 miles. Cruising at 55 - 65 (2350 - 2600 RPM), I averaged about 15.5 mpg. Oil consumption on the whole trip was an 1/8" on the dipstick, used no coolant. The temperature gauge only moved up one needle width on the steepest, longest hills coming into Albuquerque, and dropped right back down. It had no problem maintaining speed on any of the hills. Pretty satisfied with it!
I have a bunch of pics and videos, need time to process them. Great to see all of you guys again!
