Roof cab lights

What's wrong? Fingers have a little arthritis from counting all your benjamins?
I don't know if that's a humorous burn or a depressing self reality check...
On subject, I've wanted to do smoked cab lights for a while now, however I don't think they'd work too well with white and tan. Perhaps if I can find a crystal lense and wire up some cool blue LED's....

BTW, just FYI for anyone contemplating this mod, I have Motomans how-to listed in the tech folder.

Having said that, I think if you could do a low-profile setup with smoked lenses it would look damn good on your rig. I just think the stock bubble top lenses would be a bit out of place.

Everything I've seen runs the three centers close together. 1999-current.

Center / 8 1/4" for the three middle and center/ 20 1/2" for the outer. All. 3 1/2" from the edge of the windshield trim.

I did mine about 6 years ago. Have been working great. How did you wire them up? I bought the clearance light only harness and ziptied it to the existing roof console harness.
On the distance apart question. The 3 in the middle close together signify a load wider than 6 feet I think? The end ones show the corner of the wider than average load. It's been this way for a very long time! It is a NHTSA regulation. That's why all dually's have them!
