Since things are winding down and the Holidays are coming I have some slack time if anyone would want to meet up for a gathering. We could do the Dayton Air Force museum or Cleveland area on a Saturday or just meet at a restaurant and have a good time. Throw in some ideas, maybe next summer meet at Norwalk for a little racing..

 

I m in there is the piston power shoe coming up I think March ish. Guess have to see where people are coming from.

Maybe this could help to get some more activity going on in this chapter, I know I haven't been all that active lately but am hoping to change that. It'd be nice to get some more conversations going on in here.

 

We always have a meet at Mikes in Millersburg for the truck & trailer tow. You don't have to pull and that is next year to be announced.. Thought we might get something going since the cold weather hit and the suggestions are rolling in.

 

Yeah I've been trying to make it to that for a couple years now but just haven't been able to. Hopefully this year I'll be able to make it down there. But that's not till June normally haha. So it'd be nice to do something or a few things before that. Just not sure what though.

I know last year we did the piston power show but that didn't have a big turn out. I went there and met Randy but that was it. Maybe we could push that a little more this year.

Gun range day? Everyone bring their toys to a range somewhere and spend the afternoon throwing brass??

Not that I'm any kind of gun expert, but it is a thought.


I did this about 14 yrs ago, with a PSD club that was around. FOKISD(ford, ohio, kentucky, indiana Super Duty). Spent the weekend in Cincy and group of us went to a range that a member worked at. We got to play after hours, the owner even brought out some really cool stuff to shoot. This all back when fuel was cheap and wasn't much of a thought to go far.

 

We had a get-together last year at the Power Piston Show. A couple guys showed up at different times. We could do that again.

Of course, I'm ALWAYS ready to participate in some "lead therapy"...

 

I'd be in. I'm northeast around Canton so I can float north and south really.
