At the risk of sounding like an ***....
The folks here can help you diagnose your issue. However...You are the eyes and ears of this process. So far, based on what you have said....we see coolant in your engine oil and we see oil in your coolant....and we saw you drive it several miles like that to and from a shop.
Now we need you to open the hood and check some things so we can verify if what the shop said is true, or not.
Let's start here...open the hood.

Gotta love this forum.
If you've worked on your share of 460s and 302s you can do your own wrench turning.
Money, I actually laughed out loud.
If oil in coolant, its likely a failed oil cooler. If so,
1) Replace oil cooler. Because you have oil in your coolant, you may want to consider relocating the oil cooler to a more accessible place or installing a oil to air oil cooler. Its takes quite a bit of flushing (a full day's worth) the coolant system after being contaminated with oil. Cascade mixed with other stuff appears to be the degreaser of choice. Use OEM oil cooler only if going back stock. Parts are around $325 including turbo kit
2) Replace the HPOP STC because if it has not been replaced yet, it WILL need to be replaced in the future. You'll have everything wide open and you'll be right there. The part is cheap. Never done it, but less than $50 parts
3) Replace the EGR Cooler or install a delete. Note, for legal purposes, deleting the EGR is only approved for off road use. Good EGR delete runs about $220, but you can go as low at $160 (not recommended) or as high as $325.
4) Install the blue spring fuel pressure regulator upgrade to keep your injectors happy. If I recall correctly, its around $30.
5) Some say to replace all rubber hoses because the oil is not nice to them.
You can easily do all this yourself if you've turned wrenches before.
I'm not sure why the dealer said injectors unless there is coolant in the oil and it helped take some injectors out. Did he run a contribution test to find bad injectors? If you do have coolant in the oil, some injectors may be bad. I would think you'd want to get it all cleaned out before diagnosing bad injectors. If you do need to install injectors, dummy plugs and stand pipes should be replaced (if not already updated). Don't know about cost of SPs and DPs. Maybe $200.
Injectors: Ford parts come with a two year warranty. I think that started late in 2013. Motorcraft injectors are the only ones that come with new spool valves. They're not cheap. Again, never done one, just picked this info up from the forum.
Hope this helps. Let us know what you find.
Last advice. You need real data monitoring capability. Get Torque Pro ($25 if you already have an android device) or Scan Gauge II ($140). They are the most popular and most cost effective.
