Awesome Ford info, thanks for the membership. I am an old Ford pickup (FE) guy from the 60's but kinda got rusty when I started buying Dodge/Cummins rigs in 1990. I am now retired and started truck pulling 3 years ago with my old 75 F-250 4x4, 428, C6, NP203, Dana 44HD front and 14 bolt Chevy rear (4.88) I am pulling in the 6500 lbs Stock Gas class and am hooked. I have been reading this site and the FE sites learning all I can to improve my rig. My last pull in Utah I managed a 3rd out of 19 trucks so I am getting better! I can't wait for next year! I also have a 1974 Ford 1-ton dually with a Cummins, 5 spd Clark and 3 spd Spicer aux. that I built in 1990, awesome rig at the time but needs to stay in the slow lane with all the big power of the trucks now days.
