We've been here a long time! We liked you guys too. I worked very closely with 1-MEF in Saudi during Desert Storm. We are the other land animals in the Department of the Navy!

Light Lager with a FG of 1.008: 8.345 x 1.008 = 8.422 lb/g (round to 8.4)

Barley Wine with a FG of 1.030: 8.345 x 1.030 = 8.595 lb/g (round to 8.6)

Weighs more than diesel...

We started off in Jabail building camps and hospitals, and then moved up to the border with 1-MEF to go into Kuwait right in the big bend in the Saudi - Kuwaiti border. There, we maintained the MSR and built and maintained C-130 landing strips, chopper parking aprons, etc. You guys used to fire your howitzers over our heads and fly your Cobras practically through our tents. I remember getting lulled to sleep every night by the sound of the B-52's carpet bombing in the weeks before the ground offensive. Ahhh, the goods old days.
