Thinking of Deleting DPF

Thinking of Deleting DPF
I have a 2012 F-250 6.7L, and I've been kicking around the idea of deleting the DPF. My question is the: how big of a job is this for me and a friend to complete. Neither of us have ever had any experience with deleting a truck. How hard is installing the delete pipe, programmer, etc? What happens to all the sensors coming into the DPF (do I need bungs?), the DEF line, etc? My mechanic wants right at $1,100 to install it, but the kit is only $1,400, so if I can save the $1,100 by installing it myself I would love to. Are there any tutorial videos anywhere that show you step by step what to do? Thanks for the info!!

I'll do it for 1100$. Seriously, it's pretty easy, did it myself. No bungs with the 6.7, all the sensors disconnect from the main harness. Just follow the exhaust and disconnect everything before dropping it.
Make sure you load the tune first to ensure it works.
Probably take you 4 hours.
