No the computer only tells you that there is a miss in a particular cylinder, not the cause .
After a number of years and mile , these ford coils begin to fail.
It is best to replace them with another ford coil.
But there are other brands than have been found to be satisfactory.
Do not buy into the hype of accell coils, they don't last long or are intermittently bad , so as to make troubleshooting difficult.
Mod motors don't seem to like anything other than ford.
