Thought I'd show you guys what happened to my '09 Jetta the other day. No more turbo!
Here is what the VW guys say about it. "Not...unreliable." Hah!
This has been a bigger waste of money than buying a Mitsubishi.

Time to sell. It's not really my thing, and buying a new turbo is the nod I need to get something more my style.
I'm sniffing around the '13 mustangs, but Shreveport is a hard place to find a manual transmission.
The 40 mpg will be missed, though.

Well, damnit, that is totally unacceptable. This is why it takes forever to find a car I like and I wind up settling...

Fix the turbo!! I'm thinking about buying an older Jetta so I don't have to drive the big rig all the time. Happy November guys! We are getting constantly pounded with rain up here in WA. I hope it doesn't rain as much down there.

It's beyond repair. It'll be getting a shiny new one. I'll order it as soon as I remove the old one fully, so I can maximize the warranty's usefulness.

At 30' he has a average score of 37.
