How much interest in a 5R110w heated flush machine?
I think I can make a heated flush machine for about $750 depending on how much demand there is for them.
Which seems steep for a DIY mechanic but with the fact that heated flush machines seem to be very rare. I know there are some shop owners here. That and with the different chapters of ford truck enthusiasts who could chip in and share. I was wondering if there would be any interest.
It looks like I could heat 5 gallons to 180 with about 1600 watts so a normal 120v outlet would work might just take a little while to heat up.

Great idea. I wonder though if its possible to simply bypass the TStat. Just off the cuff. I have not had a 5R apart nor do I know where it is in the circuit or if bypass is possible. Just trying to give another perspective before you get geared up to make a machine.
